In this market selling your home takes drastic measures...not only a competitive price with all the foreclosures and short sales, but a tradition that has been ongoing for years.
One of my sellers called last week to say she was sending me a Saint Joseph's Statue and would I please follow the instructions and bury the statue in her front yard? Sure enough...I received the statue in the mail and will be heading over to her home tomorrow to bury it. The hole must be at least 12" deep and St. Joseph must go in head first facing the home for this to work. It also comes with a home selling prayer, which god knows in this market we could all use someone on our side!
