Foreign investors are still interested in Florida property because of our resilience. Folks from all over Europe and Canada still know the value of Florida real estate is a bargain compared to similar property on the other side of the atlantic ocean. The UK accounts for about 21% of our foreign investors in the rest of europe at about 20% and Canada at 25%. The desire of so many people still wanting to retire or move to this state is going to help this market remain strong and vibrant.
