There is a ten acre horse farm in Hernando County near the Pasco County line that decided to open as a bed and breakfast dude ranch and clothing was optional. There was something they forgot, besides their clothes, was to get permits.
The neighbors and law enforcement officers are looking into this one.
I'll keep you posted.
P.S. - If you ride the horses, however, clothing must be on for obvious reasons.
