The Friends of the Homosassa Wildlife Park are planning a big Easter Egg Hunt at the Homosassa Wildlife Park on Saturday April 11th. The park opens at 8:30 am and the Egg Hunts begins at 9:00 am. Parents should bring baskets for their children to collect the eggs. There will be thousands of colorful eggs to be found and redeemed for Easter Candy. Costumed Characters Rocky and Rosie; the Manatees; and the Easter Bunny; Terrance the turtle and other fun characters wll be on hand to greet the children and to take photos. A donation of $5.00 will include admission to the Wildlife Park for children and Adults will receive 33% off their admission to the park. The Homosassa Wildlife Park is located at 4150 South Suncoast Boulevard (US Highway 19) in Homosassa Florida. Come spend a day in Citrus County and enjoy the Home of the Manatees
