As I passed today, I noticed that the bricks are being put in place and brick by brick, we will soon have a new high school in the Royal Highlands, Weeki Wachee, Florida.
I am just not sure how many students it will have. Even though real estate is "hot" in the Highlands now, there aren't that many homes and new construction is not booming up there yet. I guess it is a positive sign that we are moving ahead.
Capital City Bank is also moving along on their construction on SR19 in the Royal Highlands. EPAC is doing the building. I like to see postive movement and that is what I am seeing! For those of you not familiar with the Royal Highlands, it is north of SR 50 and goes north to the Citrus County line. Some of the properties are considered Weeki Wachee and some Brooksville, all in Hernando County.
