Woodland Waters is an upscale subdivision off of SR 19, just north of SR 50. We are having our first "Spring Fling" to homeowners only this Saturday (rain date Sunday). I am sure it will be a big hit. There will be face painting for the kids, a Car Show and Sun Trust Bank is sponsoring it with food and drink. Woodland Waters residents who can have a table also.
Julie and I are Team Tropic Hernado and we are going to have a table and give away some goodies! I am a five year resident of Woodland Waters and if you are not a resident, but are looking for an upscale subdivision with a home on 1/2 acre to over 1 acre parcels, please come in and drive around. It boasts a lake and tennis courts and our annual Homeowners fee is minimal fee of $143. It is deed restricted and the homes have to be over 2000 square feet of living. There are 405 homes and only 11 for sale presently.
