This vacant lot is on Little Gasparilla Island, a bridgeless barrier island that is accessible by private boat or water taxi only. The lot is third back from the gulf. There are no restaurants, stores or shops on Little Gasparilla Island, just 3 1/2 miles of beautiful beach to enjoy, great fishing in the surrounding waters, and plenty of quiet tranquilly to help you relax and unwind.
